Russian laungage - Course?

My husband ( Jim) and I (Chris) have 2 children that we adopted from Russia. Our son was one and 4 years later our daughter who was 8. I am looking for something in the Peoria area to reteach them the Russian laungage as they have forgot most of it. Our daughter is now 16 and our son is now 12. If any one knows of anything let us know. Thank you.
